Good sound, great price duabke so far.

Competitiveness

Back in 2003 they were the highest rated speakers on the market.

While a little dated now these are ggreat computer speakers still to this day - the bass cannot be beat

I should note that i paired these with a startech external sound card.

I replaced them with a audioengine 2+ which were on sale.
