Pros

All the speakers are self-powered, so no preamp or power amp are needed. They have a main volume control and a subwoofer control. There's no power switch that i could find, so as long as it's powered, the light will be on.

Klipsch thx 2. Are the best desktop speakers i've ever heard, or had. Even better, and what sealed the deal, is they're sort of like motel 6. Two minor drawbacks.

These right outside of the box sounded amazing. In this price range it is almost unheard of these days.

It uses a 1/4 -20 machine screw to hold the feet to the satellite speakers. You must listen critically and carefully, maybe even changing music. The relative location isn't critical but move the thing around a little until it blends with the satellite... Read More

Cons

The issue is not with the computer as plugging in other speakers makes the issue disappear. The electrical plug is a 2 prong non grounded plug when it requires a 3 prong grounded plug.

Turning down the subwoofer knob causes it to get louder. The grills frequently pop off at the lightest touch. It is even ringing with everything unplugged except for the sub woofer.

Integrated headphone jack is horrible. Almost no bass when using headphones. It really detracts from the audio quality and listening experience. It feels that they put the cheapest crappiest aux cord on them.
