In terms of comfort functionality i would say the s4s are better primarily since they are smaller in size and fit better in my ear

The r6is are bulkier and possibly heavier so they slip more easily out of my ear also the flat tanglefree cord seems heavier so working out with them is not an option

Still the s4s sit more tightly in my ear which in turn renders them a better noise cancellation as well
