Quality
The quality of sound is a lot better than some other sound bars i’ve heard and the base is just enough but not overpowering.
The highs are nice and sound quality is fine.
Ironically, that product would not work properly with the sony tv.
I do not have any interference that would interfere with the bluetooth and i’ve done the firmware updates and still didn’t work well.
Price
I purchased my rsb-11 through another retailer at a far better price near christmas 2 years ago and have enjoyed every second of its use.

Klipsch rep said just pay shipping to send it in to us and well send you a brand new one.
Packaging/appearance
One major complaint has been bluetooth, losing connection or breaking up while only being less than 5-10’ away from the soundbar.
Competitiveness
Sure enough, the sound of the guitar, keyboard, deep vocals were all much more full than the smaller soundbars.
