The center there had two small midranges and a tweeter but the sound with the same av receiver was muddy with a narrower frequency response

The dialog is just much more understandable but with no sacrifice of the left and right imaging

I had an older but very expensive infinity intermezzo center channel speaker and one of the speakers blew and it is not easy to find a replacement

It sounds so great now with plain music cds the musical soundtracks from our movies or the actual movie sound and dialog

My front right and left are not klipsch they are harmon kardon and not perfectly matched but it doesnt really matter

I watched master and commander and during the battle scenes with all the cannon and explosions going on you could still pick out the sounds of the wood fragments hitting the deck and all the dialogue clearly
