Pros & Cons
Pros
Very sweet-sounding combo. The sound stage is legendary. I like the piano black too and it is only a few more bucks.
The system consists of a small tube amp at 6w per channel and a separate dac. I have hi-end cables, purchased foam speaker pads, filled my monolith speaker stands with sand. A high end amplifier is next.
The contrasting black and copper-clad woofers look great. They sound noticeably better after a couple weeks. Serious critical listeners will find flaws.
These speakers exemplify why klipsch is a landmark audio company. They punch way above their weight class and with proper setup and placement, will have no problems filling a very large room. They're home theater, not musical/party speakers, but the r... Read More
The sound is warm and rich with lightning quick bass response and highs that sparkle without sounding harsh. The bass is world class and clearly articulate. The are crisp and clear ( and for their size ) the bass response is amazing!
Cons
There is no way to securely fasten them to your speakers. No hole in the screw cap that you can put the spears through. Midrange there was none.
Highlights
Quality
The sound can be described as rich and highly-detailed; these are very musical speakers!
Small 12x10 room great sound just add a subwoofer (svs) and center rp504 completely satified
Its not made of separate pieces as the standard ebony finish versions of these speakers are.
They fell off the cheap metal stains that i had them on .
Price
Love them, and at this price, a steal.
Overall, five stars for value to performance.
Don’t let the low price fool you.
And they are now much less $$ than the original retail price.
Shipping
They were delivered well packaged and on time.
These rp600m ebony speakers arrived new and undamaged in a timely manner, especially for the distance between the shipping orig... Read More
Competitiveness
And, based on reviews in social media, these are just as good, or even better, than the newer model with the redesigned tweeter opening.
These speakers perform exactly as klipsch, usa describes them.
None the less they will stay and to be fair they do sound fantastic compared to the competitors for sure.
I compared them side by side to the "crites upgraded" heresy i's they were replacing.

I was trying to save money by buying the sony speakers that were on sale and they do sound good but for the the quality of getting full sound with a separate subwoofer made by svs phenomenal

Louder than expected extremely clear but lacking in bass

However running on their own i found them lacking in music venues with higher sounding instruments as classical they did fine along with guitar solos they shine but needed a push to fill in a void and thats where the other speakers come in
