I listen to binaural beats and helps me sleep these earbuds are small enough they dont hurt when i sleep on my side and they stay in all nightupdate ive been wearing these for a while now and im taking a star off simply because the battery isnt lasting through the night and when it gets to 30 it has a very annoying low battery warning every few seconds although you really dont have to worry for long because the last 30 only lasts about 10 minutes
