I was able to pop the lid on the drawer remove the drawer reinstall the lid install the unit minus the drawerface plate install the dell face plate force the drawer back into its case without breaking the locking clips

Not sure what the velcro is for but it went inside the drawer along with 3 screws

The front is flat and matte with the manufacturer stamped on it you cant see it without looking at it up close

I had to take my blu ray burner out and force the drawer into the top slot then put the burner back in

Slight movement in the product drawer once installed resulting in noise

In the future i would like to see some kind of nonslip surface on the bottom of the drawer and maybe the logo on the inside so it looks like a blank bay from the outside
