Pros

Grates are removable for easy cleaning. Dividers can be removed if larger compartments are needed. The liner is easy to remove and put back.

This works very well in my jewelry drawer as an organizer. Bought some black letter stickers to designate each section.

Cons

However, the dividers aren’t that great and aren't as versatile as i was hoping.

I'm sure it wasn't the manufacturer's fault and was amazon's crappy packaging in just an envelope mailer.

I would recommend the mfgr to limit the use of plastic in it's packaging.

I needed a box that has removeable compartments and is big enough to hold small carbuetor parts for two carter afb's.
