Almost all backcountry, ultralight camping gear is made from that almost silklike fabric. This pad completely eliminates the cold from underneath the hammock. This is still a lightweight insulated pad, but it does take up additional space in my pack.

This pad is easy to inflate and easy to deflate. At 20oz it’s heavier than most ul pads out there and could be lighter, but this could be due to thicker insulation. Easily inflates and deflates.

It costs more that what i wanted to spend but given its r rating and light weight, it's a great investment. Sturdy and reliable. Hope that made sense and is helpful.

It inflates fine, but in about 2-3 hours my hip is on the ground. It slowly deflates even without anything on it. I want my money back or a replacement for another inflatable mattress.
