Pros
Wall wort or transformer plugs can be plugged into the same power strip. These plugs make it easier to use all the outlets on the power strip without blocking those slots adjacent to each other.
These are exactly as advertised. These are great quality and have saved me a few times in a pinch. I would not hesitate to buy more if i needed them.
This is a must buy if you have alot of wall worts. They're required, so not unexpected. Great for reef tanks and wire control. Quite handy in multiple circumstances in the house, shop, or garage.

These are deadly useful if you keep gadgets plugged in around the house.

Locally, similar 1 foot extensions go for $9-$13 *each* - i got 10 for $12.
Very useful item but priced slightly high, so i minimize additional purchases.

The pack arrived almost immediately, and the cords are sturdy.

Ordered a box before now, all 10 are in use, so now i have a second box.
Just get a box and keep them on-hand for the day you'll need a few.

Power strips are dumb if you have a lot of electronics with adapters that cover up the other slots on the power strip
