Good product with good durability. Never slipped a gear and shifted as smooth as butter. As good or better than ultegra chains.

Since i've had zero issues so far, i'm inclined to think it is. Only issue is that one picture shows a full chrome chain, the other picture shows chrome outer links with black internal links.

The included master link *is* reusable. It has the notch and the model reads 'r' for reusable. This chain is an exact replica of the one that had broken.

The chamfered outer edge is wrong. That, to me screams quality control issues. It’s just simply defective.

The chain broke during the very first ride, while testing out initial adjustments to gearing. This is easily the noisiest chain i've ever had, even when clean. Chain is so stiff it skips on the jockey wheels and is completely unusable.
