The chain seems to work fine on an old specialized rockhopper with a 7 speed freewheel. This chain was ordered to replace the badly rusted one on my raleigh vector hybrid bicycle. My roommate is very bike savy, but i basically only needed his assistan... Read More

Bike chains are generally bike chains, durability and so on. This bike chain seems very sturdy. Rides nice too, quiet.

Cons

The color is a faded black. The 2nd pair i just tried to install has a defective missing link that doesn't snap in place right and is stuck.
