I expected a step up from a toy but this thing is like, top quality imo
As a life long musician, i have to say this is a very well made, great sounding little banjo ukulele.
Missing parts are the strap, picks, and piezo pickup.
So 5 starts for the product and zero stars for support.

I just don't think you could ask for more in an instrument-- and at this price it's an absolutely insane value!
This purchase was well worth the value of the gift.
Seemed a bit pricey but worth the cost.

Here's my thought: this is the best of all lower-cost banjo ukes.
These are a little louder than trad ukes, and some songs sound better on it but others sound better with trad ukes.

The drum pot comes tight and even sounding

For tenor size you need to measure with tape measure but when the bridge is properly placed the lower notes hold well while the higher notes are pitched sharp

It goes out of tune frequently even after daily use for a month or so and the bridge positioning may be difficult to find by beginners and people not used to stringed instruments but the plastic fret ruler included helps massively with that issue

Lot of fun to use in a musical but since we couldnt mic up the banjolele i had to unscrew and remove the back wood plate to get a bit more natural amplification

I bought a new set of strings to replace them but only needed to change one out because i broke it

The case is decent with some padding and a pocket for carrying picks and stuff

The tuner works fine and the strap attaches easily to the pin on one end and one of the braces on the pot
