Pros & Cons
Pros
This is my first knee sleeve and it did not disappoint. These knee sleeves are perfect for squatting & helping me keep some pressure around my knees so they don't hurt so much. They also help me squat andlunge.
Best bang for you buck. Worth every penny.
I love the support and cushion they have. They help me soo much. I kind of wish they put that at the bottom too, but its awesome.
The stability, warmth and compression are phenomenal- this is my first leg day in months where i truly saw a future that involved heavy lifting for myself. Perform really well for squats and such. Would be helpful when doing leg curls and the scott.
They are a little snug, but that just helps the support. Runs bigger, if you’re on the cusp of sizes or want them more snug, size down. It's good they they have the silicone inner liner at the top to prevent the brace from sliding.
Cons
There are plenty of great products that are comparable and at the same price point. The problem is their durability. This rating makes me sad.

I tried 3 different brands that were highly rated on amazon and kept these since they were the best.
