Pros
The fit is great - as others have said, measure your knees and purchase 1 size smaller. Fit is good, sizing chart is accurate and they don't move around when wearing. Still fit snug after 6 months regular use.
Cons
Received a defected item. These are not iron bull knee sleeves. You're better off pulling a pair of tube socks up over your knees.

Still it comes to say that this should only be worn during the session and not the entire gym session when performing other exercises as it can be suffocating for the skin due to the material
