Pros & Cons
Pros
Red elm wood block is very attractive & would look good in any kitchen. The wood block holder is solid and heavy so it sits great on the countertop and does not move around on me.
The 8” bread knife is serrated & works well with soft or squishy foods. The 5” utility knife and 3½” paring knife are easier for smaller jobs than using the larger blades in this set.
Defintely worth the $50 price point. No problems or issues. No regrets. No complaint here.
These seem to be a decent set of knives overall. For the average person, they are great. Reasonably priced and a good value for the cost.
Highlights
Quality
As for the quality of the knives, they knives are sharp to start so far.
Made quality wise, all the knives are nicely manufactured.
One big issue i have is the quality of the handles.
Good buy, especially if you want quality for the money.
Price
Performance as well as the cost are great.
I would recommend them, again, based on the price you are paying.
This is a steal at either price shown.
Shipping

Competitiveness
I’ve used wood-handled, well-made knives all of my life.
Reasonably priced and a good value for the cost.
We had a big bday party this past weekend and there's a lot of preparation.
It really just boils down to having basically 2 of the same knives as a chef's knife and a santuko are both for the same purpos... Read More
