Pros

This sharpener is definitely a handy tool to have. Works very well without wasting the blade like and electric sharpener. I wholeheartedly recommend this one.

Does a great job with sharpening all my kitchen knives. This sharpens with ease, and makes the knives really sharp. It is so easy to sharpen and hone them now.

Sure, it takes a bit of finesse to get used to it. The non-slip pad on the bottom keeps it securely in place.

The carbide steel shaver shaves a new edge on the metal. Keeps knives razor sharp. Don't second guess yourself, just snag one for yourself.

Like most slotted sharpeners, it works great with larger knives, but is difficult on smaller paring knives. This knife shapener is exactly what it says it is and exactly what i needed.
