Update: i did not request a return due to the hassle of shipping it back, but the seller contacted me and made it right.
Packaging/appearance
The product was packed very well, it arrived in perfect condition and on time, excellent seller
I used this to add images to goody boxes for a birthday party.
This 5x7 photo paper arrived curled with a 5/8" gap in the middle when lying flat.
However, whether it is a problem with koala's boxes or the shipping habits of amazon itself, these boxes have very little protection.
