Highlights
Quality
For the price, it's definitely a great option that will help you use less energy without sacrificing the quality of light you live with.
So i definitely recommend the quality of it, but look for a more proper fit if you are looking for a classic recessed light.
The light is of a cooler, cleaner color, which looks better with the white plaster and blue tile.

Price
I just don't think there is any way you can go wrong with led's except of course the price is just still very high.
The build qualityis good and the price is reasonable (relative to other led bulbs).
Its estimated annual cost is a whole three bucks, and it should last even longer than a compact fluorescent.
Packaging/appearance
I got the k5l2 (27-watt, 5000k, 2780 lumen).
Competitiveness
Used as a replacement for a 120v, 300w pool light.
This is a bargain priced, dimmable indoor led.
This is much better: it's considerably smaller, sturdier, and waaaay safer.
Brightness is not much lower than the 500w it replaced.

Con if these are installed in a recessed fixture and there is insufficient air circulation around the bulb the bulbs will overheat and selfdestruct in as little as 12 hours being on
