Incredibly bright and a beautiful warm color not that stark white or blue of most leds

I had been using cfls but those were burning out fairly frequently and were difficult to replace as the ceiling is about 20ft high

Very bright and match the color temp white white white 4000k of my garage lighting very well

Happily it also fit into the mantle of our standing lamp which i angled towards the ceiling and again i got an impressively bright illumination basically blasting open any shadowed nook or cranny its aimed towards

The bulb itself runs very cool far less heat thrown off than a regular incandescent bulb

Note though that this bulb really does throw off white light if you prefer more of a yellowish color youll need to look elsewhere
