Pros
Leds are plenty bright enough, have no glare, and seem easy on the eyes when working in the sink. Great light with 5000 kelvin of brightness, at full brightness it blinds you because of the glare from stainless steel sink.
I am very diy, so this may take longer for you. These solve the problem! I particularly like the way they snap together which makes it simple to extend the likes and make them longer. Would definitely recommend.
Replaced an old flourscent light. It's such an improvement over the old halogen fixture. It looks great and is so much better than the old florescent fixture i had.
There are standard keyholes on the back of the chassis that are easy to use, so i used these instead. There thoughtfully included matching sheetrock anchors for these.
Cons
White frames came out of the box, broken. However got 2 bronze. Assessory zip lock bag was rippedan patched with duct tap. Part number for the cable is different than the part number showing on my cheap instruction sheet.

Competitiveness
They have a nice clean white light for a work area and great dimming performance with a lutron caseta dimmer.

These lights are not made to be hard wired with multiple lights

One problem is that the connector hole for the wire is 38 inch which means you can not get two sets of wires with insulation through the hole
