It’s all quite intuitive and seamless. I am delighted that the product is super easy to use as it was purchased for elders who are not very tech savvy.

The frame has a 32gb memory - plenty for our digital photos. It comes with 32 gb so that may limit the amount of photos you can store. It has a sd card slot and usb port for additional uploads. I wish the sd storage capacity was larger than 32g.

The navigation via hard button on the back of the screen is sluggish and partially nonsensical. The app interface is a little confusing and doesn't have much option for you to play around on.

There seems to be no easy way to push that along. Like terrible sending it back.

Black levels are poor and degrade very quickly. Everything is blurred and build quality is sub standard. Poor ips screen shows that basic lcds can be just as bad.
