I contacted kodak and theyve replaced the parent unit as they determined it was faulty

The app filled in but i much prefer using the parent unit as you can turn off the monitor until you hear something

We can’t quite see down to her from our bed as she sleeps so we’ve got the monitor trained on her so that if we’re in bed sleeping and she’s making noise we can just quickly check via the app on our phone and see if we need to get up or can just let her be

We received this yesterday to replace a pos vtech it took a bit to upgrade the firmware a must but you need the phone app but it elminates most of the complaints on here
