    If you see that the 14 screw is loose and no matter how much you keep turning the camera to make it tighter then grab the camera use the quick release lever and the piece with the screw is gonna detach along with the camera

    You dont make it tight from the outside by turning the camera but solely by using the key

    The monopod detaches by first unscrewing the flower screw and pulling it up all the way up

    The screw in top of the pan arm is used to tilt the camera 90 degrees sideways

    My only complain is that the quick release plate that attaches to the camera is plastic only a small piece where the 14 screw is mounted
