Pros & Cons
Pros
Waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof. Included wrist strap makes it easy to keep on you.
Camera has a beautiful, fantastic design, very ergonomic, very cool. About a third the price of the best rated rugged camera. White balance is on par with other cameras of its class.
It has 16 megapixels, but this doesn't matter too much unless you're printing large images. Image quality is good, but you need to keep a lens cloth handy. As an inspector taking hundreds of pics, it performs adequately with average pic quality.
Cons
Every time you delete the photos from the camera roll, it resets the numbering sequence. The rechargeable battery won't hold a charge. The app to use with this is also the most useless thing ever.
If you're looking for a leaking camera that will implode on your first water use, this is the camera for you. Viewing screen is really hard to see in the water, reducing trying to take photos to pointing in the general direction of your subject and sn... Read More
Even though the resolution is high, the image quality is profoundly poor. Photo quality is very poor on anything other than well lit scenery shots. In a dark room it refuses to flash.

Poor low-light conditions: this is an issue that isn't unique to cameras with the small 1/2.
Price
This is a great camera for the price!
For 149$ it’s a great little camera to take to the pool or beach.
A pack of 2 32 gb is less than 20$.
A high price to performance ratio for this product.
Shipping
I got an extremely prompt and helpful reply.
The shipping department has to take pictures of every order before going out the door from every angle and on the scales.
I sent the camera back and within a week received a new one with a free extra battery which equaled the cost of shipping the camera back.
Competitiveness
This is on par with other cameras of its class.
Yes, one can rubber band a sandwich bag to the lens housing, but kodak has been selling cameras since the pleistocene.

The specifications for the camera are adequate for its use to take pictures but dont expect the quality that youd expect from a midrange prosumer dslr or mirrorless camera

It has an effective 35mm focal length of 27 mm to 108 mm and a 4x optical zoom but using it out to 4x is difficult without the use of a tripod
