I bought this after my sprocket stopped working after only 1 year.
Used it nonstop for about a week, getting her scrapbook started, printing out pictures to display.

The printer arrived in perfect condition and on time.
I ordered a 20 pack on amazon and it took about a week to receive it.
Finally i ordered a pack of 50 zinc sheets from walmart and the initial screen said it would be delivered in 3 days.
It turns out my sister-in-law, who bought this for me, also ordered a 20 pack of zinc paper but it came about a week after christmas.

Our only issue is after printing 2 or 3 photos the device seems to freeze up

She will get the colored spinning wheel on the app and it will say 34preparing to print34 for a couple of minutes then it will go back to the photo selection screen without printing the photo

If she shuts the device and closes the app and starts from scratch sometimes it will work
