Quality
The tub is very deep and finished very well.
No need to worry with that on this tub, it has a solid structure in the center tub area and does not flex when you stand in the tub.
I brought this tub march 2020 i had it installed when the man left i stood in the tub and all i heard was cracking sounds!
It isn't very thick material, but doesn't feel flimsy at all once installed.
Price
$100 cheaper than than the store in town!
Shipping
I think amazon would have handled it either way though, i just called them up and they sent another one immediately.
Shipping takes about a week on this item though.

Was somewhat worried about buying online because of the aggravation at potentially returning this unit but the big box stores didnt deliver the product which made the cost differential even more beneficial toward the supplier on amazon

I would have been worried about getting the tub into the garage myself because of weight but was willing to take the chance i might need to do that after reading some other reviews where the trucking company wasnt so good

This tub fits in the same space as our old limegreen 70s fiberglass insert which felt so small

A word of caution though it is about 634 taller than average and not as easy to step into as you might think
