Pros

There were two install tools in the kit. It looks harder when you read the instructions, but it snaps into place easily. Product comes with 2. Clips per screen. There were only slots.

Cons

While trying to push the hook into the furnace grille, the other end of the hook comes out of the screen.

The slot cut into the end was to small to hold the spring wire in place and made it very difficult to use.

I received this item very quickly and was exactly as i expected.

The spring clips were a tangled mess when package arrived , but after 15 minutes i managed to free them all.

Packaging/appearance

Loved that the package included everything needed to install, parts, and tools.

It looks really nice and does not look look tacky!

Once i'd spent 20 minutes getting them out of the box (they were all caught in the screens), i tried to use them and gave up.
