Contacted koios support team today and they handled my problem very quickly

The koios 13 worked just as good as it said it would we affectionately called it our maid cause it kept our home that clean but then the battery diedwe searched everywhere for a new one but no luck even at the koios website

So i reached out to them trough customer service and since they could not offer a new battery they graciously offered a 50 refund for our loss

A very low maintenance unit had it stop charging but the customer service was actually very nice and ended up replacing the whole unit under warranty
