    But most importantly after cleaning mine one day i had an issue and went to the website a friendly chat person ellaine was there to help and when we couldn’t fix the glitch wouldn’t hold power she said they were sending a new one under the warranty and would arrive by next 10 days

    The only thing ya gotta watch out for is putting the lid on backwards it will cause the device to leak until you put the lid on correctly

    That “water coming out the front” issue people are having can be solved with about 10 seconds of tinkering just reach in and wiggle the float it will become unstuck
