Pros

It cools fast, it heats fast (cold weather has arrived) easy enough to install. Very quite cooling and a quick heat assist in the winter.

It makes noise, but it's not deafening, like some. Its fan speed and other economical controls are pretty smart. The remote takes a few seconds to react.

Cons

It physically hurts to think about all the better investments we could have made than this. Expensive piece of junk.

I drilled a drain hole in the pan, which was not easy after installation.
