Pros

Some complain about a smell, but i have nothing like that.

Minor complaint is that the * on the machine are hard to read, lettering very small for my aging eyes. It fully matches my expectations. The companies stand back efficiently behind the warranty!

This ac performs excellent.

Cons

Installation instructions are lousy. No instruction as to how deep to mount the sleeve in the wall. Screws from the sleeve mounting brackets interfered with unit installation. Contacted both seller and manufacturer and got nowhere with either.

When first turned on it is so loud it sounds like a revving engine. They are very noisy (even on low speed) and yes both of them rattle a lot.

This unit has very basic features and has effectively controlled the temperature in the room so some pretty hot and sunny days.

Very quiet and efficient , room vas cooled quickly.

I do not recommend you install this your self, it is not as simple as making a hole, sliding the sleeve in and shoving the unit in.

Unit is very quiet and will not keep up up at night with condenser kicking on and off.

This ac is affordable for a through the wall unit and it is very quiet.

Arrived fast and works great and very good price

No way, couldn't cool enough and it was 200 dollars more than this unit.

Overall i think this is a great unit for the price.

It was delivered 3 days early, which was very surprising.

Packaging/appearance

Came with wedging and trim kit for a nice finished look.

The box has everything you need in it including decorative frame for the front.

Came with the foam pieces to seal around the cracks with.
