Pros
It fully matches my expectations. This ac gets cold even on energy saver and is super quiet. Most importantly, it is quiet.
Easy to install. If you're in a home that already has the sleeve permanently installed in your wall get a through the wall unit.
Cons
It fits well, but does not cool or dehumidify at all. It would take hours for it to start cooling our room and never get below 82 degrees (even at 8pm) while the unit eventually cools it down noticeably, it never gets it cold.
Not enough freon, freon leak, faulty thermostat or faulty motherboard. Compressor turns off after 5-10 minutes, and blows just fan.
When first turned on it is so loud it sounds like a revving engine. It never quiets down to an acceptable humming sound.

This unit has very basic features and has effectively controlled the temperature in the room so some pretty hot and sunny days.
Very quiet and efficient , room vas cooled quickly.
I do not recommend you install this your self, it is not as simple as making a hole, sliding the sleeve in and shoving the unit in.
Unit is very quiet and will not keep up up at night with condenser kicking on and off.
Price
Arrived fast and works great and very good price
No way, couldn't cool enough and it was 200 dollars more than this unit.
Overall i think this is a great unit for the price.
Great product at a fair price, but the service from amazon was astounding!

It was delivered 3 days early, which was very surprising.
So far so good 👍🏻 fast shipping as well.
From ordering to delivery -took no time, two days!
, it was shipped yesterday ups and i am receiving it today (just checked) they sent me a shipping label to send the defective a/c back.
Packaging/appearance
Came with wedging and trim kit for a nice finished look.
The box has everything you need in it including decorative frame for the front.
However, i didn't find the instruction booklet until after i had installed it because they're kind of hidden in the packaging.
Came with the foam pieces to seal around the cracks with.
Competitiveness
I shopped around and found this to be the best option for the price.
