Pros

As you get older, your “lazy’ body’s testosterone goes down while the estrogen goes up. Lost 16 pounds without changing my diet and/or laziness.

This tea makes a very nice kombucha in my continuous brewer. I throw in some fresh ginger for the second fermentation and it gives the tea a little spicy kick. Great tea combo for the 'booch.

The cut of this tea is perfect, i like very coarse-cut tea. Also the size of the leaf's provide easy straining for kombucha. Good tea, nicely blended and my scoby loves it. Great blend of tea for my kombucha jug.

Cons

First time buying it and there were no directions. Will never order again.
