Pros

Mesh seat and back makes it very breathable and cool. My posture is excellent the entire time i sit. Very comfortable and breathable, and a lot more supportive of my back than my previous chair. Easy to put together and breathe well.

Only minor complaint, if the arm rest was adjustable i’d be more happy but it sits at a fixed height that works for me. Head rest is adjustable and actually fits nice if i lay backwards. I'm 5'5 and weight 170lbs.

The world has shifted. I needed something nicer than my * decade old college special big box store chair. No hassle, no delay.

Cons

The headrest is useless. The armrests are not adjustable or removable. The arms only flip up/down but don't adjust in height. I imagine they're counting on this and just hoping people will eat the cost of the chair rather than go through the return ha... Read More

So for just over $200 i'm not impressed, but not super disappointed either.

While my chair at work, aeron, is more comfortable and better all rounder, for the price this chair is a good value imo.
