Its basically a pool floatie same material

He can still unfortunately lick his front paws but if i turn the cone to where it overlaps he cannot reach them

Its lighter weight then the kong inflatable cone and he doesnt snore when he sleeps now

The size is great but i wish this had the same fleece or canvas material covering the cone that other inflatable cones do
