Pros

Great, solid reliable retractable leash. Strong and durable. It is a tad bit heavier than most others, but in comparison it's worth the added weight.

As expected, it meets and exceeds kong product expectations. No regrets on my purchase. I will never regret this purchase.

The operation is smooth and the locking button is easy to operate. Only issue is that the * are a little bit too far of a reach for the thumb. The lock mechanism seems strong but i wont let the slack in the out leash 100% as a precaution.

Cons

This one is garbo. Last about 2 months. Hope they stand by the 2 yr warranty.

Not so sturdy. The leash gets stuck all the time, the button jams and the circular plastic on the side has ridges for decoration. The lead ribbon is rather soft and can be chewed through quite easily.
