I suffer with sea sickness quite a lot but i've used these on 3 cruises now. Amp; they definitely work for me. They're good value too.

They do fall off when you get in the water so you have to reapply new ones after swimming.
I did have vertigo occur shortly after purchasing these.
Price
I still ordered these because they are a good price and i get vertigo several times a year.

I’m not sure it it was because these work well or if it’s because the ship was bigger and more stable and the seas were calmer this trip

I had someone recommend these for travel but i already had a patch prescription so i didn’t use these for travel therefore i can’t give a review for that
