Pros

Sailing is great for those prone to sea sickness. Sailing on windy, winding roads is also great. No nausea at all.

I have vertigo and meniere's so it passed my test. Slapped one of these on and was honestly perfect within 20 mins. It has a ginseng or ginger smell to the patch but that is what is being used to calm down the motion sickness.

Cons

Tried kayaking and even in relatively calm water still felt motion sickness. But either they are incompetent, lazy or deceptive.
