This is the third set of bowls we've bought on amazon, and the only ones to make it to the house without breakage. They're pack in molded styrofoam, and it protected the bowls well. Bowls are heavy and sturdy.
A beautiful combo color with red and black. Close, but still a bit orange-ish in certain light. The glossy red-orange has some minor lumpiness from paint drips.
Great for soups, soba, pasta etc. Clean up with a paper towel. Immediately washed in dishwasher.
Cons
These bowls are supposed to be microwave safe. Fool me once shame on me.

Large and sturdy for holding hop soups.
Feels durable, but i haven’t dropped them so i don’t know how durable.
They are heavy but very good product

Because they are deep it would be hard to experience spillage or get splatters on you hands or arms when serving or transporting to eating area
