Highly recommend this. Well made and arrived promptly. Multi purpose at a great price.
Great for icing injuries/ knocks after rugby. Helps enormously with my swollen knee.
Cons
The fabric is not waterproof. The outer layer gets damp so you have to remove it after a while before it gets too soaked. The neck opening isn't particularly large so anything other than a perfect cube of ice won't go in here.
