Pros

These ice packs are fantastic and instant for pain relief. Use to relieve pain in my elbow after fly fishing.

Good price and delivers promptly. Would buy again.

Easy to use. Sheer convenience. My only gripe is that the cold doesn't last very long. Anyway, we still use it and it's a lifesaver.

Cons

Won't be recommending them or re-purchasing any. Not good at all. Much better to get the reusable ones.

You end up with a bag of water instantly that is barely cold. Not cold enough to ease my back as intended on long journeys and only lasted 15 mins if that.

Product is fine but the supplier automatically resent 2 boxes without any correspondence. No options to contact the seller to claim the 5 back.
