Pros & Cons
Pros
These work very well to reduce swelling. I use two together, inside a pillowcase to hold them together. Soon moulds to the shape of my shoulder.
Cons
Reviewer says it's impossible to get them to freeze flat, even when laying them flat in the freezer with nothing else. Started leaking after about 3 uses. Could someone please get in touch regards a replacement or refund.
