Not had for very long but first impression of them is pretty good so far i collect grippers and i like these ones i see bad reviews of them breaking and handles falling off the design is okay but i can see where it could be broken extending the handles and the position of them breaking the spring as far as the handles sliding down it could be from not having the springs inside the handles the right way i got 6 5 in my collection at all settings and 6th for use if you have weak hands it could be a great tool for building up your strength in hands if you close harder grippers like the heavy grips or coc trainer might not want this unless you want a good warm up gripper not saying dont buy it or its junk it seems like a good one too me
