My granddaughter is a fantastic baker. This is a good kit for the beginner so one has everything needed. It's equally good for the experienced baker/decorator.

The pictured cake is a strawberry shortcake with stabilized whip cream. This seems to work ok.

Needed a good reasonably priced cake turntable for my upcoming school project. The turntable is heavy and very sturdy. The set has some really, really nice features.
