I like the variety and quality is great.

Very good quality, i use them for my daily calisthenic workout.

Overall, for me and my uses, this set was fine for me, with the exception of how wide the loop bands are.

The triceps press, clamshell, donkey kicks and squats are truly not easily done with the diameter of the bands.
