Pros & Cons
Pros
The setup is great, everything works fantastic. The pi no longer complains. Oc'd or not, they help a lot.
The thermal tape is sometimes a bit off but easily rectified. It helps to remove the adhesive they put on there.

Double-sided tape to fasten them to the chips appears to create greater resistance to heat transfer than just leaving the chip bare. These aren't usually necessary for the rpi, even if overclocked to a reasonable degree, and even if additional cooling... Read More
Highlights
Quality
The rpi processor runs much cooler with the heatsink.
Fits the raspberry just fine, and helps a lot with the chip tempeture.

I added these because i wanted to enclose my pi and thought that it would help with the reduced air flow.
Price
00 which seemed like a great price.
Competitiveness
I keep my pi running at the highest overclock setting and i haven't had an issue yet.
I recently purchased a 2nd rpi, so this is my 2nd set of heatsinks.
After a while, the pi started acting squirrely while running raspbian.
The larger of these heat sinks is roughly 1cm square, and the smaller two are about a half cm square.
