I do rather wonder why the smallest size has a smooth bottom instead of the pebbled finish of the large and medium pan bottoms

Just remember it is best not to put your bake ware into the dishwasher or other non stick items as wellif you want to keep that slippery finish

I’m a little concerned that the largest one is about an inch smaller than my old springform so i will need to adjust some baking times on my go to cheesecake recipe you may want to check any recipe you regularly use to see if it specifies a pan size
