Pros
The bands are great and compact enough to fit in a small bag. They are very durable. Hope they never rip, but if they do i'll be buying more! I take the bands to work for portable workout, the extra heavy is legit.
Sliders are great for things like mountain climbers, inchworms, and even forward/lateral bear crawls. It takes some practice to learn the correct techniques, but i was happy with them when i used them!
Cons
Bands are very light, feel flimsy, and bunch to a point of frustration during use. Value is worthless if they don't function well.
